Performance Management 101

Performance Management 101 will provide you with step-by-step guidance to managing performance and supporting your team. 

The workshop will focus on setting meaningful performance goals and objectives, that balance task and behaviour.  You will learn how to have great performance conversations that support the delivery of work as well as building the capability and confidence of team members.  Finally, we’ll focus on the importance of feedback, how to recognise positive contributions as well as how to tackle underperformance. 

You will leave the session with practical tools to help you to manage performance day-to-day and have effective performance and feedback conversations.

Who is Performance Management 101 for?

Managing individual and team performance is a core competence of people managers.  Performance Management 101 is for any managers who are new to management or who struggle with aspects of performance management such as goal setting or giving negative feedback.
