Managing Through Change

Managing Through Change will enable you to make change stick and support team members through uncertainty and organisational transformation. 

During the workshop, you will explore the different types of change we encounter at work – structural change, cultural change, behavioural change, systems/process change and changes to teams/relationships.  

You will discover how team members are likely to react to change as well as learning how to support them at each stage of the change journey. 

You will leave the workshop with models that make sense of the change process together with practical tools and simple routines you can use to inspire and support your team members through change and make lasting changes to ways of working.
