Management 101 is your essential guide to getting started as a new manager. During the workshop, you will learn the core responsibilities of people managers. You will also explore foundational models for managing and leading others, including developing self-awareness and your personal leadership style.

Who is Management 101 for?

This course is particularly useful if you are new to management or aspire to management.  Managing people can be overwhelming; there are so many new responsibilities that come with the job.  This course helps you to understand the basics of management and equips you with some simple tools and routines to get you off to a flying start.
