GrowHow’s mission is to boost the capability and confidence of managers so that they can create great workplaces where people – and the organisations they work for – can thrive.
We want to make affordable, great quality learning and development available to all. We will reinvest a portion of paid for learning spaces to make learning and development spaces available to social enterprises.

Donna, Charlotte and Kerry are the force behind GrowHow Learning. We’ve worked together for many years in different guises, and we found a common need across our clients – they open, accessible, interactive courses for line managers which they didn’t have the capacity, knowledge or numbers to create themselves.
