How are the workshops delivered?

Our 90 minute workshops are delivered virtually via MS Teams.

Virtual delivery ensures we can bring together learners from across the country, reducing commuting time and costs, whilst minimising our impact on the planet.

Is this just eLearning?

No, the workshops bring together learners in real time and are facilitated by real people. They are designed to be interactive so you can ask questions, get involved in discussion and practice new skills.

Are the sessions accessible?

MS Teams provides a range of accessibility features designed to support users with different needs, from live captions and transcription to customisable views and screen reader compatibility. If you have any additional needs to help you to get the most out of our session, contact our friendly team.

How many people will be on the workshop?

To ensure we have a good conversation and everyone has an opportunity to contribute and ask questions, there will be a minimum of 6 learners and a maximum of 20 learners per workshop.

Our facilitators are friendly, experienced practitioners focused on providing pragmatic, real-world learning experiences.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel up to 7 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
